RETURNS
It is very important that customers are 100% satisfied with their new artwork and therefore if you wish to return your artwork please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include in your email the order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange or receive a refund. If you fail to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item unfortunately a refund cannot be given and the sale is final.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is important that you use a trackable shipping service and include adequate insurance for the value of the artwork.
It is essential that you return the artwork to us in perfect condition as if the artwork is damaged when it arrives we will be unable to refund you. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or another packaging of the same standard. If the artwork arrives damaged it will not be accepted and unfortunately a refund cannot be given. If the artwork is lost during posting then unfortunately a refund cannot be given. In this unlikely event you should raise this issue with your postal service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The duration of this process can vary so please be patient.
CANCELATIONS
It is important that you notify us ASAP via email if you wish to cancel your order as if your print has already been prepared, you will have to go through our standard refund process as stated above.

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately via email. Please include photos of the damage to the packaging and the print as attachments to your email so we can organise a replacement ASAP.
IMPORT & CUSTOM CHARGES
Depending on your location, certain import and custom charges may apply to your purchase. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you are buying from outside of the UK / Northern Ireland we would advise contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any additional charges you were not expecting!
